Evan dedicates his practice to improving community safety through the civil jury system. He has extensive experience handling all types of civil cases through litigation, trial, and appeal, including medical malpractice, personal injury, wrongful death, business disputes, mass torts, and class actions. He limits his practice to the representation of people, professionals, and small businesses, and does not represent insurance companies, large corporations, or private equity firms.
